Poppy Seed Chicken

This is an actual recipe with measurements and everything!

1 can cream of chicken soup
6 chicken breasts, diced, cooked
1.5 cups sour cream (or less)
salt and pepper
Ritz crackers, crushed
Poppy seeds
3 T. butter, melted

Mix soup and sour cream in a large bowl. Add chicken. Pour into 9x13 pan sprayed with vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix 3 tablespoons butter with 1/2 cup crackers. Pour over top of chicken. Sprinkle poppy seeds over that. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Serves 4-5.

Serve over rice or pasta. I had this over rice and it was delicious! Pair with some veggies and you have a great meal!
